The Dominion of Mongtipal, an autonomous region of DunePrime, has been harboring the Maoist insurgents who attack the northern Communes and Sietches of DunePrime.

The DunePrimian Parlimentary Forces have lined up on the "border" to Mongtipal and are waiting for Mongtipal to either handover the terrorists or force us to use action.

We ask for help, if the Mongtipal provisional government does not hand over the insurgents, in routine bombings of the following cities:

Bhansan
Mongti City
Jianxang
Lhab
-and-
any of the southern villages.

Mongtipal directly habors no such insurgents. The Mongtipal Nationalist Party (MNP/SU), commonly referred to as the Succession Union, have been rumored to be protecting the fugitives.

The Mongtipal Defense Forces (MDF) refuse to mobilize, as the House of Mongtipal (the house of Parliment Montipal uses as a legislature) is held by the MNP/SU and have voted against the erridication of the Maoists.

In conclusion: we can't hand them over, because we can't get to them.
