ooc: the reason for this war is the recent hostilities and messages i have been receiving from the und after i was nearly forced out of his region to begin with..he then starts threatening to attack my nation so i have declared war

0'600 hours CST Thousands of people stand in the center streets of the Cartorian capital. The Cartorian general Matthew S. Tague of the cartorian Millitary walks out to the overlooking balcony from a large building in the center of the rally.


"Greetings I would like to be the first to announce the Cartorian government has declared war on the UND....And now your mighty Emporer"

the roar of the crowd dies instantly as the Emporer paces out onto the balcony

"Alright then, I want you to organize FL for invasion. I'll take care of ASW. I also want temporary relocation of lower class citizens into military factories. And for the love of God, try to keep rumors nonexistant. Anyone who perpetuates them, kill them."

update: und is trying to say that we still have a treaty... even though he said that i was interfereing with his holy quest on nationstates and i will soon be eliminated ---thats what started this and if he wishes to cower because i took the first action then so be it

All nations that assist in defending the UND will be considered to be aiding in terrorism and shall be invaded as well. They will be annexed and divided up by the League of Nations Against The UND. Unconditional surrender will be the on form acceptable. If refused we shall not hesitate in the destruction of every major city and small town until there is nothing left but ash and smoke.

thats good, pansy tho for having feelings in the first place. also everyone is under the illusions of Cartoria. his propaganda is brainwashing you. i did not try or nearly force him out of the region. he left on his own. this is all a smokescreen to get people to attack a nation that could rule his region well and was much more successful than him. i did not strip him of his UN delegacy or kick him out of the region. i had nothing to do with his loss of delegacy. for some reason all his endorsements ceased to exist, alot of nations in my region recently ceased to exist. actually i had to fight for Cartoria's UN delegacy several times because the nation United Arms greatly desired the position but i denied it to him each time he asked because Cartoria filled the position well. Cartoria has got things backwards. i just wanted everyone to know the truth before i stop sending or recieving telegrams to/from him.
