hey he could have a NMD shield, its not that advanced i mean jeez its a bloody overcharged rocket launched fro m the ground and if he is 2020 tech, well private citizens can go in to space...most importantly!!! his second majour governmental concern is defense....mine is second yet i still have both stat wise [top 2%] abnd RP a fearsome and very deadly military...now if he had no concern with defense...different story. Besides these are small nations, not big ones and they are going to be fightng probably against small nations with the same stuff. besides modern americas military has them and its about the same right now heh. its sure as hell aint a frightening or even powerhouse economy anymore so why not? 238 million isnt that bad!!!!

Uhh... Smaller than the US, 3rd World economy. A missile shield and the systems involved are so expensive even the US hasn't done it yet. So, no.
