If you wish to become my ally you must be able to fufill one of these requirments:
1.Defend me if i am attacked
2.Sell me weapons (includes giving me production rights at 10%+ off and weapons/tanks/aircraft at 10%+ off)
3.Attack an enemy if the attack has evidence against the nation

I would like to become allied as long as you do the same for me.

Kihameria would consider an allience,but a 50% off on sales on evreything is a bit high,even our current allies have a fair 10% off,as for military support,if the evidence is present or absent in some cases(like if you got evidence when you attack,but nobody got evidence to attack you) we will support youre nation with military assistance as it is thougt needed.
we are a large and strong nation,if you can live with the 10% off only, i think it would be a good idea to enter into an allience.
