Scellia is opening its first internation branch of the Bank of Scellia. We provide several loan options for nations just getting under way, this way a nation doesn't need to wait for weeks before being able to jump into the international scene. We only serve nations with 5-30 Million population.

Q: I'm a terrorist and want money to kill civilians, can I have a boat load of money?
A: No, I do not support terrorists and will not give you money

Q: I want to borrow more then my national budget, can I?
A: No, otherwise I can't reposses what you don't have.

Q: I have 50 Million people, why don't you let me have a loan?
A: Because if someone won't pay a loan the only way I can get it is to invade the country and take it forcefully, if you are big enough then I can't guareentee success.

Q: You won't give me money and I'm not a terrorist, why?
A: Scellia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Hm... Iuthia is intrigued. I haven't seen this idea being done before and I've got to admit, it's interesting.

While Iuthia doesn't need your services, or at least not at this moment in time, we can see the uses of such a service. As such we support the idea in principal.

May we ask how your nation intends on making sure nations pay back? Some can be a little untrust worthy and you may want to do "credit checks" less you find yourself scammed out of money.

None the less we are quite warm to the idea and we will watch your progress with interest.

Scellia was hoping that this would be a unique service and we are glad to have confirmation by a prestigous nation such a Iuthia. The sad fact that some people will try to scam us has been taken into account, that is why we only offer our services to nations of pop. 5-25 million. If worst comes to worst we can invade the nation and forcibly take the money back, but that would only be a last resort.

Doujin has actually been thinking about starting an International Bank, partnering with 3-4 large nations to help enforce and regulate the Bank.

Just so long as there is no extortion and loan sharking I will support you. Most nations know me to be a pushy and nosy nation that meddles in their affair when I don't like what they are doing and they are right.

So just try to be fair about it and remember to be patient... smaller nations are often have unstable. It's best to take your time and give them some slack... if they abuse it and ignore warning and diplomacy I will support you in any action...

Just don't abuse it.

Please read the FAQ, it specifically states why I only cater to those of 25 Million pop or less.

You should specify what a year is. Though the standard is 1 RL week = 1 NS year still. And I must say this is a good idea really.
