Semi-IC: Recent laws have made some Tomathrian citizens rebel against the government. The government currently has no information on the rebels, as they have made a few hit & run attacks on government buildings, then disappeared. Most seem to be armed with colts, while a few have some better weaponry.
OOC: I control the actions of the Tomathrian governement, while someone will control the rebels and any other groups or countries supporting either side.
IC:
*The Emperor of Tomthria, Thanan Resovik, is looking out a window. His Secretary of Defense comes in, leaves some papers, and leaves.*
"Eh?" *He picks up the papers and starts reading: 'The Tomathrian Rebels have made another surprise attack, this time at the Third Federal Reserve. The death count is: 1, while the injured count is: 23... He sighs.* "Gah. Again? What did we do this time?" *He stamps his foot on the floor and leaves to the office of the Secretary of Defense.*
