im proposing a new alliance between nations in space in which the allaince will agree to allow trading of technology, ships, and startegic and political information. also a millitary pact should be signed in which the powers will agree to help in wars, and allow millitary units to enter their regions andset up a specific number of bases in which they can act as embassies. also spaceports would be provided to alliance members without them or are too far from their own.

a written document can be written later on when there is a good count of how many people are going to be involved in the allaince and an agreement between everyone will be set up

I like this idea of a possible alliance, however, it will take time and money to make.

I am willing to offer any help i can render, and have been looking for an opportunity to do this, i would like to creat a Jeneva Convention whos soul purpose to to increase trade throught the universe, and decrease declarations of war and hatred.

It depends on what you mean by stance, I'm Communist of course.

Sure Varlonia will join too. A great opportunity for us to conqu....I mean explore other planets. Might raise morale here a little too especially after that time we took away social security. Boy that was stupid.

Juumanistra is interested, but given those who have responded thus far, we have our doubts. Primarily, how well developed the capabilities of those who have shown interest are. We would like to be assured that no undue burden would not fall upon our forces in the event of war.

I like your honesty jeneva corporation but this will not be another geneva convention to stop wars it will be to merely provide aid to a country in millitary political or economical needs

yes that was kind of stupid but if you get involved in the allaince and do start to trade with other alliane memebers you can definetly expect your economy to rise and people not really need social security

of course Juumanistra it will not be forced that any country should enter a war with their full backing but a partial intervention must be made to as i stated earlier provide millitary, politacal, or econnomical merchandise for the nation at war.

im not sure what everyone wants in the constitution for this alliance so im asking you to send a copy of what you beleive should be in it, and ill try to graft them into the constitution depending on how reasonable they are and if there is anything i cant decide on i will post it here and whichever side has the more votes will get to say if it goes in or not

Hmmmmmm.......... Sounds too restricting. Too many laws. So if i joined up, i would have to go into any war that my fellow allies are in? And also( this is what gets me the most) we HAVE to share strategic information, and you have to allow other military units to enter their region and set up a specific number of bases and embassies? Hmmm, it would be a good alliance without all of that. So i personally disagree with the terms of the alliance, but think it is a good alliance in general. But, i shall not become part of this alliance. Thank you for your time.

this is the reason why i have asked you to send me what you think should be in the alliance rules if you have a problem or a suggestion send it to the email i just gave you and ill address the matter immediatley no you dont have to go to war put aid would be neccasary in any way shape or form that is what an alliance is. and you dont have to let them set up alot of bases you decide the amount of bases they can or cant build in your region but at least one would be requested you would want this for your region as well would you not.

The Fedral Union, I would very much like you to join this alliance.

However, there are going to be two sections of this alliance, Clan Turner is in charge of the Milky Way Galaxy one, and I'm in charge of the Andromeda one. Fedral Union, since it will be harder to find members in the Andromeda Galaxy, I would like you to join my section.
