Due to breach of purchase agreements, and seizure of vessels that have been recalled, Doujin hereby places a Trade Embargo on The Republic of Ilham.

The Republic of Ilham tried to purchase 6 Meteora Class Guided Missiel Cruisers, 1 Lunar Class Aircraft Carrier, and 2 Infusion Class Aircraft Carriers. He also wanted the designs so he could produce them for himself. I denied his requests for designs, and agreed to sell him to him. After heated discussion with The Republic of Ilham, and Illham repeatedly saying they will produce Doujin vessels without authorization, we sent the order to the ships to return to port.

Hours ago, we received word that the vessels were captured by Illham, and he now is in possesion of them and still indends to build more of them. Doujin vessels are all copyrighted and trademarked using the Camdean Copyright and Trademark thread, and I will call upon the protection force of that thread to enforce the copyright laws within it.

At this moment, Doujin is sending two fleets to put an Aerial and Naval blockade of Illham. Illham airspace is designated a No-Fly zone and will be patroled by RF-11 Archangel's.

In my experiance trade embarfgos don't really work, I would try to get your allys to eather attack him or at least force him to give your ships back.

3. Debate-I presume he paid for the ships themselves?

did you include, in the contract terms of sale, a clause stating that the sales were only a lease-for-usage agreement (common among some Software makers)?

IC:Ilham troops mibilised their full strength,ready to repel the invaders.No matter the cost,the homeland would be defended.They did not care.They would prepare reasons for that moronic nation Doujin to cease this blockade.Still,they had their southern trade route.The military was slowly staging a counterattack to break the blockade with the full force of the military and navy.The blockade was only affecting the capital of Ilham City,which was heavily defended by the Deathwatch Regiment of the Royal Family.,as well as the most important and one of 4 major cities in Ilham.

In the mountain range ensconed within the deep jungles of Ilham,the mountain fortress of Mount Ilador turned its massive guns towards sea,waiting for an excuse to open fire.So far,they had stayed in international waters.As for the airforce,they had scrambled to intercept the planes which had already entered Ilhami airspace.SAM sites were activated as the whole air defence network was brought online,with the electronic defence networks setting up a defensive electronic screen for important assets.

Overview: Ilham possesses a very militaristic culture bound by a respect for strength and discipline, with a mystic warrior philosophy, named Ilku, embraced by their people as a whole. From a young age, children are taught to fight with blades and taught martial arts, to use their mind, body and spirit as a whole and to excel in whatever they do. They are altruistic by nature as well as compassionate and are polite to a fault. However, when roused, they will go to the very extreme to ensure that their enemy is defeated. They are very skilled in close/melee combat as a whole.

Their traditional strengths are in guerrilla warfare, counter-insurgency, espionage, jungle warfare, mountain warfare and urban warfare. They are skilled sailors as well.

They live in an island archipelago with dense jungle, highlands, mountainous terrain and a few major cities which are very densely built up urban environments which attempt to harmonise nature and technology.

As the enemy RF-11s entered Ilham airspace,attempting to enforce the block,they reported multiple missile locks,as well as electronic defences being activated within Ilham,scrambling communications. In heavy pursuit of them as they entered the space over the capital city,were up to a hundred Raptors and Archangels as well as the entire 1st Expeditionary Air Fleet.

They were given an ultimatum.Clear Ilham airspace within the next few hours and head into international airspace or face the combined firepower of the Air Force and Army Air Defence Corps as well as the Navy,just off the coast.The klaxon warning of multiple missile locks was presumably heard within the cockpits of the Doujin planes.

Meanwhile,the entire Navy had assembld just off the capital city's coast,the naval blockade of the Doujin barely visible off the horizon.All except the Peacemaker Expeditionary Group which was deployed to Hogsweat were assembled into the single largest Ilhami battlegroup in recorded Ilhami history.

In a giant flotilla,they awaited the response.And so the standoff would begin.

Um, actually 5% is the official largest ammount without being liable to be called a Godmoder. Check out the threads about the size of the military and the such, written, i think, by Clan Smoke Jaguar(is that spelt right?) And also, 620 ships may be a lot, but is Ilham a mainly naval nation? If so he has more right to do something like that, but it is still a lot, but compared to the USA in the 70s it is not at all.

We have no interest in The Republic of Ilham. Any military action engaged would be to destroy the ships sold, and destroy any plans he has regarding construction and production of those ships. We are not an imperialist nation, we do not take over nations at a whim.
