20 SM-01 "riverbed" ICBM's are launched at agricultural centers in Sephrioth. Targeted in flights of four, they are aimed at cities that are in food-producing areas or at the headwaters of major rivers. Their weak fission warheads don't inflict the damage newer, better missiles would- but they get the job done. The 80kt warheads are set for ground bursts and are cobalt jacketed.

The combination of cobalt jackets and "dirty" groud bursts, as well as the targets chosen by the Riverbed missiles means that Sephrioth's entire ecosystem will collapse, and agriculture will not be viable in any part of the country for several decades. The maximum amount of fallout has been generated.

On the heels of the Riverbed strikes, a squadron of Donner stragegic bombers uses standoff missiles to penetrate the minimal air defense network of Sephrioth, and attacks the surviving population centers with megaton-range bombs.

Currently the 3rd Cretonian fleet along with a mechanized infantry division are en route.
It has come to our attention that the nation of sephrioth has acted in a provocotive manner, and have recived reports of milllitary engagement with one or more nations.
The Kingdom of the Cretonians would like to stress the importance of maintaining stability within the reigion.
Further to this our nation still has interests in Sephrioth.

The Cretonian Kingdom would like to stress that sephrioth is realistically no longer a strategic concern, but rather now a humanitarian one.

We find its continued beligerence neither brave nor noble, as it only serves to incur further hardship upon its already devistated civilian population.

...More to the point....the United States uses simulators, or video games, to train it troops, though its not as effective as field training, its less dangerous, and ha its advantages as well, America's Army is NOT a training tool, however it is realilistic, Amercia's Army is more of a recruitment drive

We would suggest that Sephrioth has few if any worthwhile targets, and would provide limited training value for your forces.

That being said, we would like to co-ordinate with The Kingdom United to allow us to opperate humanitarian efforts while you conduct your combat opperations.

This would require us to share a fair degree of intelligence regarding unit movements within Sephrioth to ensure against unintended friendly fire incidents.

Provided that it is limited to co-ordination of Sephrioth relief efforts we would from our side be willing to share this intelligence.

We would also suggest, that rather than engaging a backward and poorly organized force that we jointly develop a GPS assisted live combat simulation and training program .

The Kingdom of Cretonia will continue her humanitarian efforts, and will also take action to see that Sephrioth does not become a rougue nation again.

We are sending additional equipment and personell via Titan transprt planes as well as a second naval contingent to accelerate relief efforts and to ensure security until such point as an indiginous governing body respectful of international law is established.

We can only commit so much of our resources to this project, so we will very likely need to call upon the nations of the world to assist us in seeing this trough.

And I'm not on earth, so I wouldn't need to worry about it if it even was a threat. Look at the Hole surrouding Antartica. It's not moving into Argentina, it's staying in Antartica. And I was joking. I wouldn't use the Morning Star unless I'm on the verge of losing.

It is understandable to us that any nation would have and reasonable so, misgivings about comprimises to their sovreignty.
We do not in any manner plan to maintain a permanent occupation of Sephrioth.
The actions of your government, however, have proven you to be not only a threat to your own people, but also to the international community.

Our presence will add assurance to other nations as well as ourselves that Sephrioth will not pose a threat and will by that very assurance protect Sephrioth from pre-emptive strikes.

If our fer de lance recon transports or spaniel AEW planes detect active radar signals we will respond with cretonius strike fighter attacks and submarine launched TLAMs.

Our aromour and infantry are also on high alert, but except where prevously noted are mainly concerned with treating the wounded and ill.

Now that the situation in Sephrioth is reasonably secure we will be moving ahead with our efforts to rebuild this nation so that it may grow and prosper.

Sephrioth has suffered massive damage to its civillian infrastructure, and this must be rebuilt to allow Sephrioth to become a valued member of the international community.

We will be working directly with the Sephrioth government in assigning government tenders for rebuilding.

To ballance the needs of Sephrioth with the massive risk and cost we faced in seeing this to fruition we will be seeing that rebuilding contracts are divided as such

Well, one the weapons you sell are out of the time frame for our RP. 2 it wouldnt be a wise choice for this nation to buy such a weapon. 3 they would have to hire people to work it as their nation doesnt have enough personel. 4 they dont have close to the funds needed to purhcase it. And sSephrioth, my forces will help in the rebuilding process with labor, medical, security and whatever else you need them for at no extra cost.

We regret that we do not have the resources to undergo such a large project without recouping costs, even if it is over an extended period.

We maintain that Sephrioth will still be the greatest benificieary of this new infrastrucure.

That being said, we have noted the very generous offer by the Hellfire nations.

If we understand correctly that all re-construction is being done fully pro-bono we commend this action.

This leaves 10% of the work un-tendered. We would suggest that this work go to Sephrioth based companies, unless they can find options more suitable to them outside of their own nation.

In regards to the building of a prison, we are confident that our current penal system would be sufficient.
