I am looking to purchase 90 long range bombers, like B-52s, B-1bs or B2 (stealth)

I have around 70 billion to spend.

We may have just what you need. The Old VX-2 Bomber is a lightweight, long range Coastal Bomber, which carries up to 3/4 megaton Payloads and can be launched form Aircraft Carriers or land. Maximum Range is 500 miles, but it is theoretically possibly to extend that to 600.
It is not a stealth craft(the "non-existent" VX-3 is that) or a Carpet Bomber, but it will take out enemy ships or light coastal fortifications, which is what it is designed for.

Better, we're selling them for around $3,000,000 per bomber right now.
