With the Independent Jaab Movement poised to replace the provisional government as the nation's administration, the first moves are being made to decide the country's future.
Following the brief conflict betwwen Cajj and Danneland, the territories of Jaab, formerly a part of the Burnsian Desert, were irradiated as a result of the nuclear weapons used by the warring parties.
Due to intenational aid and assistance, the human toll was less than originally feared; however the lingering effects of radiation threaten to bring about a renewed humanitarian crisis.
The newly established regime has won wide support on the basis of its promise to lead the people of jaab to a new homeland, safe from radiation poisoning. The new administration thus wishes to make good on these promises.

The government of Jaab appeals to the international community to find our people a new homeland. As our numbers are yet small, we would only require a modest amount of territory, and further, we guarantee to uphold peace and to cultivate good relations with our new neighbours...
