The Grand Duchy of Hamptonshire wishes to establish relations with the Dominions. We wish to establish an embassy in your nation, and we would be more than happy to grant you a diplomatic compund in our capital.

The People's Republic of Kay Son is interested in opening relations with your country. A domain within the capital city of T'sing T'sao has already been set aside as your embassy. The only restriction would the limit of your security detail cannot be above a company.

We'd like to establish an embassy within Swedish Dominions, and invite them to do the same. We are always open to the idea of opening new diplomatic channels, regardless of what nation is involved.

Speaking on behalf of the Archduke and of all the citizens of the Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka, I would most graciously welcome a representative of the Swedish Dominions to set up an embassy within our territory. The only restrictions placed on this embassy are:
1) It shall not harbor any sort of large ordnance.
2) The total guard detail personnel must not exceed the number of 75.
3) No permanent weapon emplacement with a direct line of fire into territory not within the embassy will be erected within 100 feet of any street.
I hope that this offer is reciprocable, as the Monte Ozarkan government is most anxious to establish international ties with the Swedish Dominions through the establishment of an embassy in your country, as well. May our future relations be of peace and of mutual cooperation.
