*After months of fighting, Guerrillistan former underdog and ally of Terristan has defeated the Terristani armed forces.*

*Using rapid deep strikes by Hind Gunships, paratroops and T-80s, the main Terristani army was surrounded and many Terristanis surrendered.*

*throughout their history several wars have been fought between the two nations. Terristan has always been the stronger nation, however this time Guerrillistan has triumphed and the Terristani leader beheaded.*

Many Terristani servicemen have switched allegiance to follow the new banner of Guerrillistan.

Cuddlebugian armed forces have been assimilated under the command and control of Guerrillistan.

Peacekeepers and Interior units will remain independant.

The Cuddlebugian troops scored some notable results in the downfall of Terristan. Special forces units were key in pinpointing the Terristani Premier, who was consequently captured and beheaded by Guerrillistani advanced units, bringing the war to a quicker end.

The Republic of Ozymandias IV congratulates Guerrillistan on its recent military successes.

As a sign of friendship and to help ease the hard feelings after the recent unfortunate 'war on terror', we would like to open an embassy in Guerrillistan and would extend a reciprocal offer to your government.

Today a large military parade took place throughout the Guerillistani capital to celebrate the recent victory. Terristani units also took part under the Guerrillistani flag.


News reports and surveys state that 78% of the population supported the recent conflict.
Rearmament is also a key part of the governments strategy for the future.
