Viraath Dol

This is an official plea for foreign aid issued personally by The Second Leeh Orundiath, who co-governs the Holy Empire of Viraath Dol under His, The First, great guidance and wisdom.
As recently as this past week, military and police force cutbacks have resulted in the loss of hundreds of jobs for, and not limited to, many lower-ranked and newly recruited personnel. Viraath Dol wishes to be a peaceful, pacifist country, and it is of His teachings that we, His children, should be responsible for our own actions. As such it is one of the goals of our most Holy nation to be able to rely on the personal sense of morality and responsibility of each individual resident.
However, recent population growth due to immigration has led to a more heterogeneous mix of peoples who have not been raised in His most Glorious And Wise Words. He, The First, strictly emphasized that we, His children, love, respect, and care for all that we encounter during our mortal lives, plant and creature alike. (Indeed, we are a nation of vegans.) Many of these new bretheren found employment in either the military or police forces due to lax requirements of recruitment.
In protest of, and reaction to, recent funding cuts, these angry laid-off workers have resorted to violence. A small group of these terrorists began shooting storefront windows, and many shopkeepers and employees, in the downtown of the Holy City of Aric Lodoromas late yesterday evening. Any and all police personnel arriving to quell the chaos were similarly assaulted.
The situation has not been contained; verily the mundane forces Viraath Dol does still have do not have the material or human resources to fight back. Similar groups are beginning to follow in these most unholy attacks in other places as a means of personal rebellion. Sources have reported a favourite chant similar to "No work for us then no work for you!"
Having attended an international summit this weekend past, Viraath Dol was very impressed with the demonstration of power and military intelligence possessed by our grand neighbour state, Cthul Murgos.
