The South Pacific announces that it will ban members of the NWO from entering the nation as it has been determined that NWO memberstates are condoning terrorism.

Further, any terror attack involving the use of WMD's will responded to as if it were a nuclear attack by an actual state. The response will be unilateral massive thermo-nuclear counter strike on the offending nation and its allies.

The NWO, which is at war with terrorism, can hardly be considered as condoning of terror.
We ask the southpacific to reconsider its policy of nuclear retaliation for WMD use by terrorists becuase these groups move around a lot and do not have a particular nation that they stay in.
This is because the NWO has them on the run.
