Yesterday, the govt of Chin Chilla agreed to allow the basing of Whittier troops on its territory.
Whittier will be leasing land from the Chin Chilla govt. for the construction of a Whittier Pact base. The WP will be deploying at least 20,000 troops to Chin Chilla which recently joined the Whittier Pact.
