OOC: After over an hour, I finally got on to the forum to make this post, now I can only hope that it actually posts it lol
With the Tundric civil war slowly, but undoubtedly coming to a close with the landing of Loyalist troops in Ontario, the premier of Castamere has declared independence from First Junisat Belarion's rule, instead, using the situation to gain independence from the Canadian Tundra and start a Junisarian nation of our own. This nation shall accomplish what Belarion's could not. However, our current military situation is rather dire, and we are in desperate need of military equipment. Before a cease-fire could be agreed upon, many mines and factories were bombed by Loyalist air forces, who also savaged our own. We posses the majority of the remnants of the Junisarian navy, a badly damaged Dominance class battleship, six frigates, four of which are damaged, four subs, three destroyers, one badly damaged, the other two lightly damaged, and two cruisers along with a dozen or so armed merchant ships. Most of our ground forces had been deployed to Ontario, leaving us with only five divisions of ground troops. We have billions in funds from the Junisarian war stockpile which we seized upon our declaration of independence, it is with this ten billion and our own newly created defense funding that we wish to purchase new military equipment. We have 11 billion we are willing to spend on procurement to equip the 350,000 troops we have in training that need equipment. Ground and air equipment are needed, please create packages with links to the stats.
NOTE: You can go ahead check the GDP for this nation, it says 414 mil defense spending, that is wrong, the province of Castamere in the Tundra had 45 million people, this province simply seceded, thus it has a population of 45 million people, and thus, nine times that number, or about 3.7 billion defense budget. http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=120400

I don't quite understand your point about multiplying your defense budget by ten, but anyways...

Any nation's soldiers need logistical support. Any military unit, for that matter. Fighters couldn't fare well without the support of AWACs, JSTAR, and EW aircraft supporting them. A ground force can't sustain itself without a safe supply line. And troops can't efficiently get transported without transports.

We hope your nation is not a warmongering nation, despite the fierce war it has been in recently. It will probably take some more convincing of your budget and your status as a nation, but we are offering for sale the C-240 military assault transport aircraft (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=127367&highlight=), one of the best cargoes in the world. Indeed, it is one of the few that can fly at supersonic speeds while airlifting a mass equivalent to that of the C-17, with similar range.

There is also a tanker version, for your convenience - many aircraft aren't at all that useful without a tanker...

Rough statistics:

Statistics
C-240 ‘Pallas’ Medium Cargo
Crew: 3
Powerplant: Two 88,620 –lb dry thrust turbofan engines
Max speed: Mach 1.41
Economic speed: Mach 0.79
Fuselage Length: 157.8ft
Price: $98 million

KC-240 ‘Pallas’ Tanker Platform
Crew: 3
Powerplant: Two 81,300 –lb dry thrust turbofan engines
Max speed: Mach 0.91
Economic speed: Mach 0.66
Fuselage Length: 148.4 ft
Price: $102 million

OOC: The defense budget was multiplied by nine because my population is supposed to be multiplied by nine

IC:

While the planes look very nice, we are unwilling to invest in any equipment until we have had more offers, and we still of course need fighters, light vehicles, MBTs, and infantry equipment.

We can supply you with:

CSA-3 Firefly
http://www.hobbylinc.com/gr/rvl/rvl04503.jpg
Low-cost, outstanding manoeuvrability, low maintenance and a large weapons load, together with easy handling make it an ideal aircraft for guerrilla warfare, but it is also useful as a light combat and reconnaissance aircraft. It does have a low range and it should stay out of a dogfight and away from any heavily defended position.
Power plant: Two turbojet engines
Length: 8.84 m
Wingspan: 10.06 m
Height: 2.74 m
Max. speed: 685 km/h
Ceiling: 14,142 m
Max. takeoff weight: 597 kg
Range: 430 km
Crew: Two
Armament: 2x bomb (113 kg) or 4x AIM-9 Sidewinder and a nose-mounted 7.62mm mini-gun.
Price: 7.5 million

Mongoose FRV-5
http://homepage.eircom.net/~steven/images/1865.jpg
This is an armoured personnel carrier on wheels. It has a thin armour but is very fast and it's turret-mounted AP-gun and co-axial machine gun give it a moderate amount of firepower. Its thin armour is however compensated by a durable design and great speed.
Price: 750.000 florins

You may also be interested in our patrol boat:
Pufferfish-class patrol boat
http://homepage.eircom.net/~steven/images/patrullbat.jpg
Coastal defence is very important and the Pufferfish provides it. Its main weapon is a 50mm cannon mounted in a turret at the bow. It is fast as can be expected for a ship of its size.
Price: 2 million florins.

But our manufacturing facilities are small so a large order would take some time.

Ok, I have a few vehicles you can buy. Their off NS here (http://www.freewebs,com/phoenixius/pims.htm). They may be a bit expensive, but they are very good technology-wise.
