Both are to be scheduled to be executed unless some member of the international community can support them.

Case: Defendent:
Ghuran Furayski

Was beaten by both attackers. Injuries : Broken Arm, head injuries.
Was saved by Jian Taravay, a friend. He aimed his 12 Bore Shotgun (taken for evidence) at the two attackers.

This stopped them. They triedto run, but Zera Afray, a police officer, halted them.

Both are in custody. They are scheduled for execution in a week (tommorow)

Hattia formally protests this action by our ally. Assault even on the basis of race is no cause for the death penalty, indeed no crime is. Were they given a trial?

Would the death penalty usually apply to cases of Grievous Bodily Harm, or are these individuals being executed for thought crimes? Also, is there any proof the attack was racially motivated? Perhaps Mr Furayski had in some way antagonised the Defendants?

They are re-scheduled for execution on friday.

Social Inequality is a big thing here. Anybody breaking the rules of Social Equality is destined to death. However, unless Hattia and Shildonia can argue for the offenders, the trial will alter.

The number of witnesses watching, on the side of the defendant(victim) (1/2) outnumber the side of the offenders. The offenders claim that Furayski threw several insults at him, and that it wasn't a racially motivated assault. However, both witnesses claim they could hear racially geared remarks from the offenders.

We dont agree that they should be excecuted, but if your law system says that they should, well then we have to bite our tounge dont we? I dont have a habit in interfereing with domestic affairs, unless it risks my own national secuirty. This does not.

The nation of Crownguard finds it wickedly amusing that racists are now "singled out" as perpetrators of "hate crimes" that carry a greater penalty than for all citizens. Is this not prejudice and inequality under the law? An assault by a white man is as bad as an assault by a black man, and vice versa. The skin color, ethnicity, nor any other factors should determine whether someone gets punished more or less. They committed the crime, that is all that SHOULD matter, and the punishments should not change based on such factors as beliefs or ethnicity nor anything else. Law is SUPPOSED to be the great equalizer.

We deplore Hogsweat and its bigotry under law.

The United Faction of Big Long Now has great interest in this case, and greatly protests this choice of action for racists within any community.

Therefore we are prepared to offer $1.5 million dollars each for the prisoners release. We also request that these prisoners be transported to BLN, cost free to your nation.

Racism is a thing that nobody can erase, and as long as there is ethnicity in this world, there will always be racism.

The People's Republic of Greater Burzum has found that when the purity of the population is maintained there is no cause for racism. Perhaps what your country needs is some Ethnic Cleansing, surely there are other nations who could take in your other races.

The United Faction of Big Long Now has deployed three diplomats and fifteen armed guards to Hogsweat to recieve the prisoners after a non-lethal punishment.

Hogsweat: The Federal Bank of BLN has prepared the $3 million for immeadeate transfer after the prisoners are recieved safely.

The Auslandreich Empire only permits people of Western decent to live here, so we get no pleasure in seeing these men die.
