I, along with the Credonian people are VERY disturbed at the fact that a sovreign nation would try ton contract an ally of ours to try to nit us with a nuke. Our government was alerted of the plan from the start by the CM government, and we discussed it for quite some time. In a way, that is an act of war upon us as your intention was clearly to try to kill thousands, maybe even milions of innocent Credonian lives for whatever purpose you had. This will not stand. As a unified nation, Credonians will respond in such a way that is appropriate, even if it means war with you. We cannot take this event lightly, nor will we. We demand answers and we DEMAND an explanation.

They can bribe missile silo crews, they are very dangerous. and like i said before, our nation is in a big crisis.

ANYONE with a right mind knows that a warhead does not have fuel in it. It is a free flying object once it gets boosted into the proper trajectory. This further indicates to Credonia and the rest of the world that your nation is not responsible enough, and not CAPABLE enough to hold such weapons. How do you come into posession of such weapons without knowing how they work?

It doesnt matter, only one man, or two men with joint permission should have the right to authorize the launch of such weapons. It doesnt matter iof the government is collapsing. If you had a good security system, the NO ONE would be able to authorize launches without 1 or 2 people who have the authority to do so through which ever kind of means you come up with.

Military personnel need to be sent into your nation to secure your national arsenal of nuclear weapons. If they are not, then you run the risk of setting off an unwanted war with a power that would not be as forgiving as Credonia is being right now.
