Colerica Imperial News has been informed that the United Empire of Colerica has raised the bounty on the head of Ruraq Kylaer, a domestic terrorist defying the wishes of the UEC. Kylaer is the leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colerica, a rogue terrorist organization that has been targeting civillians for quite sometime. The UEC had the bounty, (dead or alive), set at $700,000,000, but has now raised it to an astonishing $5,000,000,000. To reiterate: Ruraq Kylaer is wanted, dead or alive, by the United Empire of Colerica, with a reward set at five billion Colerican credits*. Colerica is calling all bounty hunters, assassins, and trained government agents to take part in this.

Vas Rimle, Magistrate of Security, had this to say: "Consider this a world-wide contest. We are looking for the world's best assassins and the world's best bounty hunters to help track this man down and bring him to justice. Five billion Colerican credits, dead or alive."

OOC: Please no stupid terrorist organizations that are, "I sneak into your country. I detonate bomb. Haha." I want this to just be about the hunt and hopeful capture of Kylaer, not me getting attacked by some n00b terror group. Treat this like a contest. Nations' assassins/bounty hunters/elite agents go after Kylaer with the hopes capturing/killing him and gaining the $5,000,000,000 credits. Oh and the *= Colerican credit is worth exactly the same amount as a US dollar.
