After the death of the Volstikite King, the small island nation was thrust into political turmoil. Galdanian missiles had been aimed at the island for years, but they were not fired. Instead, landing ships, with full armed naval escourt, landed twenty thousand men on the island no bigger the Taiwan. A Communist Flag was hoised up a pole on the beach of the main landing forces, signifying an end to the boil of capitalism that lived on Galdania's rear, causing it minor pain every so often, but staying mostly harmless, despite it's ugly appearence.

Tanks slowly rolled through the towns and cities across Volstik, rounding up government officials and whatever men remained in the police and army of the tiny little nation. Not a singal Galdanian was killed in the first days after the takeover, though some were wounded badly by Volstikite civilians who fired all manner of weapons at them (guns being legal for civilians in Volstik at the time).

Volstik had long been supported by Grunge-France, but the sleeping giant had not caused Galdania trouble for some time, and was probably too preoccupied making cheese in it's little capitalist factories to realise that the most strategic island in the Grey Sea had just been seized by the Communists.

Although relations between our two nations have been cordial for some time, our people distrust the motives of the current Galdanian goverment.

We will not recognise Galdanias claim to Volstik.

Fuggolia is wary of this.
While not a communist state ourselves, we do not condemm those who practice it, however we are opposed to the notion of forcing a belief system on those who do not wish for such a system.
From those Volstikites who have managed to escape to Fuggolia, we know this to be the case.
We urge Galdania in the spirit of humanity to withdraw their troops from Volstik.

Galdania has stepped in to launch a Peacekeeping Operation, to ensure that more autocratic dictators do not spring up so close to Galdania's shores. When we stepped in, mobs of armed civilians were running the nation, gunning down any rivals, carving our their individual fiefdoms, as had been the way in Volstik for so many years. But now, Galdania is setting up hospitals and schools, so that all Volstikite children will have a future. No longer are there mansions for individual men, but apartements for everyone. We have shipped out the rich minority, and are now giving the island's classes peoples the rights enjoyed by Galdanians; homosexual and heterosexual marriage; the right to worship any diety, or none at all; the right to safety from civilians with firearms; the right to have police and military forces ensuring the safety of every Volstikite through constant street patrols (there are tanks on every major Galdanian street, and soldiers in every alley in Galdania). Food, water, electricity; all these are provided to the Volstikite people. Through the use of sea-based windmills, the energy supplied to the people of Volstik is also clean, unlike the monarchy's antinquated coal-powered generators.

We have brought freedom to Volstik. There has been a bombing at a Galdanian barracks, killing five soldiers and wounding eight more. These are the first casualties in OPERATION WHITE LIGHT.

The recently commissioned Fuggolian Carrier "IFNS Spirit of Valdus" and her battle group have been dispatched the region, we are willing to repatriate any Volstikites who manage to escape Galdanian rule.

The Battle group is situated a significant distance from any Galdanian Military forces.

We openly condemn the Galdanian expansionism (and any communism expansionism for that matter).

Galdania was wise, though, since its coward communist government took over Volstik only after Volstik decided to leave AoE2 Region: otherwise, Galdania would not exist.

However, we know the real feeling of the Volstikian people, we have more than 10,000 Volstikians in our Nation that emigrated from their nation a long time ago, and we will defend their dignity.

That´s why I, General Alphonsé Gallé, President of the Humanist Republic of Grunge-France, Supreme Commander of The AoE2 Regional Army and Elected Delegate of the AoE2 Region, promise that Grunge-France himself WILL liberate Volstik, or we will allow a Volstikian autonomous province in our nation, with the Volstikian inmigrants.

We suggest Galdania to leave from Volstik: otherwise, it will not be the first time the AoE2 Forces will fight against Galdanians, and will not be the first time kicking your disrespectful nation, Galdania.

if Free Rumania supports Volstik, and we support Free Rumania, then we support Volstik. If needed, Military support can be lended. 3 fleets and 4 Sub Groups can be dispatched with 500,000 men and 14,000 Tanks.

The Confederacy of New Proletarianism strongly condemns Galdania's imperialist leanings and asks that it seeks its Communist ideology through peace and evolution rather than through brutal subjugation.

Of course, New Proletarianism is not a Communist system, it is a variant. We are a society based on free enterprise and capitalism but we treat the workers with the respect of a Socialist Society. We believe that the workers should have a say in the operation of a company and a fair share of the profit generated. We believe in democracy, everyone must vote on an issue and the issue will be implemented by the government. We also believe in the expansion of ideas through education, politics and diplomacy rather than through the crack of a whip and the barrel of a gun.

Fuggolia does not intend to enter another war with Galdania, however we demand that Galdania withdraw its forces from Volstik and pay damages.

Fuggolia will be offering aid to the resistance forces on Volstik, and warns that any Fuggolian aircraft or ships damaged by Galdania will be treated very seriously.

Like I said, they're are no Galdanian troops in Volstik. If he tried to invade with ONLY 20,000 troops(LOL) he would be thrown back into the sea faster than an old toilet seat. I reckon that any videos shown of any "liberation" were probably shot in either Galdania or one of his satelites...

Using our ZUES orbital space center, we have picked up what we believe to be Galdanian forces on manuvers, wether this is a precusor to attack or standard manuvers, we can only guess.

Although what has transpired her is still largely unknown, it is the opinion of the Fuggolian Goverment and of the Emperor himself that this "War that never was" is another prime example of Galdanian tretchery and dishonesty.
We ask that Galdania make a formal apology to Volstik and to cease their attempts at threatening the nation.
Fuggolian Vessels are within striking distance of the disputed area and are willing to assist Volstik against Galdanian when the inevitable happens.

Fuggolia makes no secret that a war will come involving itself against Galdania, we do not wish this, but we have come to the conclusion that for us to co-exist ones ideolgy must change to suit the other.
This will never happen.
We look gravely up the situation, but in polls contucted in Fuggolia, many wish conflict with Galdania, rather then see the world covered in in a sea of communism.
