These following years of our establishment upon our new Homeworld of Novar, in our new Home System of Nova Kretani, we have frequently watched and discuess actions of our Comrade Brethren whom still live upon Motherworld Earth. Henceforth the following actions of Rouges in Nations has been noticed, disliked, and disapproved by The People of Nodea Rudav. It is therefore declared that the nation of our Comrade Brethren named Catania-Marinov shall and henceforth be occupied by Colonial Forces to ensure their safety and no more mishaps by their Government.

Occupation will begin if and when Diplomatic Talks fail. However, if they succeed, no occupation will occur, and Catania-Marinov will be listed, instead of a Neutral, an Ally of the eople, a Comrade Brethren Ally.

A military operation this close to Earth will be monitored by the Imperial fleet. We trust however that you will not come close to The Imperial Navy. You will be allowed to continue under careful watch. we have no interest in foreign wars.
