After recent outbreaks of hostility against our nation by Crazy Colloys following our decision of disarmament a group of Lamezville citizens are seeking a safe haven as they dont believe in our policy. It is a relatively small group (just over 20,000) but skilled. The education system here in Lamezville is exceptional due to funds being able to be allocated into it and as of such these men (and woman) are able to work in all types of industry, from electronics to jewellry making. Is anyone willing to take them, they shall be deported immediately after confirmation of both parties.

Unfortunately we are for multilateral disarmament and sending men to be used in a military would be against our policy. However, both propositions are being considered due to your good will shown when our nation was threatened.

They will be intergrated straight into our workforce, where they can reap the benefits of communism. Any relatives would be allowed to come and see them, and they will be coming into a country with many progressive policies on education, policing, and social welfare.
Can I use some of them for......Experiments?
I have just got back from talks with the men. 19,467 of the men would prefer to go to the British Communists, the remaining 533 men chose GameFAQ and said they were willing to join the military. As this is a free country we accept their judgement and hope that you will also agree to takin these amounts on.
