New Experimental Weapons to be sold
The Republic of Redmire is currently working on experimental mechs, if you want a prototype they are a million each as they are protoypes. When we finish them (If they prove battle worthy) we will sell them for........im not sure yet but ill keep you informed.

Look into your spelling there. Also, mass produced battlemechs should cost more than that.

Suggestion..depending on what tech level you play in...
Instead of mechs/mecha/gears/gundams/battlemechs/veritechs/destroids/etc, use power armors...exoskeletons. Like that of Aliens or Exo-Squad. Something smaller, not as hard...yub
There cheap because there experimental, and its not gonna be like in mech warrior with lasers and such. Ill use missiles, bullets you know, the modern stuff...

A modern tech mecha is quite unfeasable for these reasons:
1. Power, you would need a big engine that guzzles fuel by the barrel. Or you would need a nuclear reactor that is vlunerable to explosions
2. The Mecha could be knocked off balance (and knocked on its butt) by a simple 120mm tank shell.
3. The Mecha is a larger target than a tank.
4. The Mecha has a large number of vlunerable components (such as leg actuators, etc.)

Thank you for pointing this out, this is why they are cheap, until we find someway of fixing all these problems. You can buy a prototype and maybe your nation can solve the problems and start mass producting.
today we tested our weapons on a hangar that we no longer needed, They proved effective but the force of the blast knocked the mech off its feet. We haven't found a good power source lately, were also working on a nuclear reactor that will be able to power our mech. And like some people pointed out, were trying to find a way to keep this reactor safe.
One of our 2 models proved very effective today, its a larger model with an armored reactor, it doesn't have as much components as model #2 so its less vulnerable. Tomorrow were gonna test how it holds up under heavy enemy fire/missiles/tank shells/artillary/airplanes etc.
Cross your fingers, if it passes the tests tomorrow we may start mass producting of model #2
Today we tested our #2 model on how it does against enemy fire. These are the results:
Tank shell: Knocked the mech off its feet, our scientists ave a idea that will fix that.
Missile: Our succesful AMS system destroyed the missiles in mid air, only one missile got through and did minimal damange.
Minefields: Only caused burns to foot pads, no damage incurred.
Infantry: No damage incurred, infantry can climb on mech and plant a bomb, scientists working on defense system to prevent that.
Artillary fire: Knocked mech off feet and recieved heavy damage, scientist working on AAS (Anti Artillary System)
The test was a succes, as soon as we fix some of the problems were gonna start mass producting model 2.
