I'm not so sure that those fleet are still in exsistance, Homer Simpson1987 has been hit by a minimum of 750 Megatons and a maximum of 3.1 Gigatons. I might ask if the ships survived the nuclear holocaust.

Homersimpson shouldn't even be able to build these ships, let alone afford them and sell all of this equipment at that price. First, considering he just started up, he needs to undergo a massive shipyard expansion program to build these fleets in this time (And whatever's left over for his own Navy). This costs in the billions and could cause a general economic collapse if they are only being built to construct these vessels, once they are completed, unless you have a huge demand for merchant vessels, commercial liners, and general recreation boats and yachts, they will implode on themselves (My nation maintains a huge number of shipyards, fed by the evergoing refitting of the Federal Navy, keeping up our huge merchant fleet, and other interests which include us being the general suppliers of all maritime craft for at least two regions.)

And it also takes several years, perhaps even decades to establish a system complex enough to manufacture these ships in peacetime, and still turn a profit. Then you have to actually build them all, which costs about as much as your selling for (And I'm not counting the nukes yet) and almost 8 years assuming your building all at the same time (Which is likewise, probably not happening, so lengthen the construction time). And then you are turning around, and selling them for less then it all takes to build? This leads to economic collapse my friend, and is simply unfeasonable.
