[A delicate young woman approaches a podium. The podium itself is at the front of a decent sized crowd of photographers and reporters as well as some other politicians from various other countries. Confidently she takes up her position behind the microphone.]

[Helena MacFinn, emmissary of the Kingdom of Chullain and Chullain head of state. She brushes her bangs from her face and adjusts her gold wire rimmed glasses. The lights dance about in her green eyes, her long straight red hair is tied back into a loose bun. Helena is clad, as per usual in a skirt and blazer combination, a forest green one on this occasion with matching heels. The only jewelry she is wearing is a silver conc about her neck, a piece that affirms her lineage and proper place in Chullain society.]

Helena MacFinn: Hello members of the press. I bid you welcome from the people of Chullain. I am Helena MacFinn, emmissary of Chullain and head of state. I have been sent here tonight by the leader of our country, Cu Chullain. While we are a largely police state run by corporations, we encourage investment and small business. Our wonderful homeland was founded by small businessmen. It is my duty tonight to begin negotiations with other nations in regards to trade and peace accords. It is the wish of Mr. Cu Chullain that our primary industries be expanded and to inform the members of the international community that we are a peaceful nation wishing to trade to better not only our nation but those around us. I will now take any questions you might have...

On behalf of the people of The Canadian Tundra, welcome to the international stage. I have a proposition that would benefit both of our nations. We would like to first of all establish an embassy in your nation for improving diplomatic relations between us, and offer you land for an embassy in the Tundra once our civil war has been brought to a close. Also, we would like to establish a Tundric Armaments Inc. small arms factory in your nation which will manufacture A7 assault rifles and A8 assault carbines along with the 5.56 rounds used by them. This would provide a weapon that could be used by the Chullain military, would create jobs in your nation, and would create investment by one of the larger corporations in the Tundra.

Dear Mr. President, we are honoured that you wish to locate an embassy in our glorious land. It is our hope that we will build and foster a peaceful arrangement with you. However, it is not at this time viable for our nation to allow the build up of weapons in our country, as is our policy.
Land has as of now been allocated for use for your embassy and our citizens are more than happy to build such a facility. We hope that this is an acceptable situation.

To the esteemed potentate of Chullain:
We have received word of the arrival of a fellow capitalist nation, and would like to make you feel as welcome in this world as possible. As such is the case, we'd like to invite you to join us in our region, the "Corporate Islands", where we could persue many joint ventures together, and unite against nations that would hold us down or have us change our ways. As a token of our friendship, please allow us to build a ResiAir terminal onto any existing airports you may have in your capital city, as well as open up several branches of Resi-owned stores and eateries in the airport, and hopefully the rest of your capital as well. These will provide you with a steady source of immigration, and a large number of new jobs for the immigrants you will aquire. Nations such as yours only deserve the best, and that is what we at Resi Corp. are willing to provide you with.

Message:
It is with my deepest regret that I must inform you that we are already affiliated with CAN or the Coalition Affiliated Nations. Therefore we cannot join another union. We would like to foster trade talks and formally offer embassies for your respective countries within our fine country.

Blessed Be,
Helena MacFinn

((OOC: So is our airport terminal request accepted? You just gave a all-purpose response that mentioned nothing of that))

(OOC) Yes that's fine, sorry I didn't mention that. Basically any sort of non-militaristic operation within the country is acceptable. And being a Police State they do check and keep a close eye on out-of-state businesses. They're a wary nation that's very cautious about foreigners.
(given the state of the world though, with everyone warring and trying to start wars, terrorist attacks and the such can you blame them?)
