Helena MacFinn: Hello members of the press. I bid you welcome from the people of Chullain. I am Helena MacFinn, emmissary of Chullain and head of state. I have been sent here tonight by the leader of our country, Cu Chullain. While we are a largely police state run by corporations, we encourage investment and small business. Our wonderful homeland was founded by small businessmen. It is my duty tonight to begin negotiations with other nations in regards to trade and peace accords.
