What, you thought this was going to be one of those "It'll be the end of the world if we don't make peace" and "Everyone should cooperate, or die because...", then you're lookin' at the wrong nation. Er, wait, official message:

The Empire of Caedryn would like to cooperate with another nation, hopefully fostering an alliance, and cooperate in building a naval vessel of some sort. The matter may be discussed by telegram, but it was thought by Caedryn's Admiral Howards that an aircraft carrier or battleship could be built as an effort to form an alliance using the expertise of another nation.

Ive just posted my Naval information here. As you can see we have several large projects currently being researched. Sharing expertise would be very valuable to us both.

Our Republic's Naval Forces have been in the need of a large, fleet-sized aircraft carrier for some time. Since the development and advancement of our Navy's battleship fleet, we have neglected our carriers and chances to improve them.

We would be glad to enter into this alliance, since our own nation's defence contractors have designed and built many of the grand vessels for our own armed forces.

If you would like to see examples of our designs, we would be happy to display them for you.
