My country wishes to strengthen it's armed forces. We wish for a package for four billion or under. Please have the package include aircraft, ground artillery, naval vehicles, and naval artillery. Make each unit fully equipped before sending.

As interpreted, your nation has requested a package including a naval warship capable of extended fire support missions, attack aircraft, and land-based artillery. The Dominion, for four billion dollars, would be happy to provide you with the following package. Statistics are available upon request.

40 F-37E Shalakh ASTOVL Fighters
50 SPG-1 Rhino Self Propelled 155mm Artillery Vehicles

Very well. The artillery and gunships can come out of storage. The fighters will also be delivered promptly. The battleship, however, will take one NS year before delivery. (24 hrs)
