I see too many 'terrorist organizations' who claim that they just have people in certain nations (I once was like that).
They forget that in order to be in a nation's territory, they have to get in somehow, and in today's cruel world every nation secures itself from terrorists.
So, if we don't want nice threads to become arguement threads ("how did you get in there!?!?"), lets decide how many people (or activists) you have in each nation you're fighting, with the approval of the nations involved (unless they don't want to, and then it's lost anyway).
and lets take as a preliminary assumption, that your 'population' in the info page is the number of your supporters world-wide, and not your active organization members.
For example, I have about 5,500,000 men in the Kelares-Islands (controlled by Ness Ziona for mining purposes), and about 800,000 in Ness Ziona itself (he'll confirm, I talked to him about it).
