As the Civil War draws to a close, Vexia invites the International Community back to its lands to witness the testing of Veixa's New Chemical Weapon, the Dessicator.
This Chemical absorbs moisture rapidly, leaving any water-based lifeform(ie, all lifeforms on earth) completely dry within a few days.
It is unknown exactly how far the Dessicator's effects spread, but early testing shows that a few milligrams is enough to contaminate an area the size of a small village.
The Dessicator is easily dispelled using an anti-chemical codenamed the Resussitator, which counteracts the chemical reaction.
At this time, we do not have enough chemicals to mass-produce it, but we are open to negiotations.

Long before your nation existed Dontgonearthere developed Dessicator technology, for similar applications. Since you at least changed SOME things DGNT will not take immidiate action, we simply request that you change the name of the product, due to its similar function.

DGNTs personaly developed weapons of mass destruction:
The Dessicator works by shearing the hydrogen molocules off of the oxygen molocules in water. These two elements then combust due to the energy released by the reaction, the reaction continues until all water on a planet is consumed, including that which is currently inside living beings, or until it is stopped by a solid barrier.
The unit is deployed from orbit around the planet, it then powers up, taking roughly five minutes to build up a charge suffcient to fire, it then triggers an overload through the main firing crystal, which explodes, the energy is channeled downward, and once it comes in contact with the surface of the planet, triggers its chain reaction.
The estimated time for the reaction to consume a planet of roughly Earth size is one hour. The weapon is obviously somewhat less effective against non-oxygen based worlds, but still has some effect, though it may not consume the entire planet.

All desicator units are fitted with self destruct devices, if any is brought within five thosand miles (The maximum Dessicator range is 500 miles) it self destructs, any tampering with the device will also result in destruction. The device will also detonate if brought within 5000 miles of any DGNT Empire world.

Mass Produciton is still not easy, but we now have around 20 working devices capable of spraying the chemical from a high alttiude- but be warned, winds may spread the chemical furhter than even we can calculate, and VexChem Ultra, the chemical agent that combats this lethal wepaon, is alot harder to make and we are currently not selling it. We believe this may discourage people from actually using the weapon, but instead using it to reinforce MAD.
