A large task force of Stevid's Navy has just arrived international waters which lies 40 miles east of a certain target nation.
The admiralty received confirmation of the arrival.

This message is to make all those whom that can see the fleet that it is there for a classified purpose.
Reasons for the fleet being at it's current position will not be disclosed untill the admiralty sees fit.

12 Trident submarines will be sailing towards Stevid's massive fleet. they will remain there until further notice.

The IIST couldn't find-out what's the target nation, and the military intelligence is also curious to know...

The UIA after extensive searching have come to the conclusion that they know the 'secret' location. Holy panooly activities helped our theories greatly.

Muktar declares neutrality until further noticed, and suggests that other members of the Unforgiven (Phoenixius) do so as well.

We are remaining neutral at this time Muktar. However this is linked with ViZion's attack on terrorism. Though at the moment I'm on the sidelines there, if any harm befalls any of my allies then I shall have to join in.

Nobody need's there milatary intelligence on this matter. The forthcoming conflict may start a huge chain reaction which could lead to the destruction of the nation which are involved. Me and my allies have reason for sending a large fleet into international waters.

All asumptions must be put aside unless you've got full evidence on the matter at hand.

We shall send a scout fleet of 1 carrier battle group to deploy with Stevids navy. More will follow.

The Emperor gazed at the harbour watching the ships prepare for war. He turned to his Prime minister, "I will go and seek councel at the tempel of the Fallen, ready my guard"
"Sir", enquired the Minister," does this mean we go to war?"
"It means that i will seek the advice of my mentor. Now i must leave, you will have my decision in 1 day, the Fallen shall acompany me" At that the Emperor left to the stables, he would take the road all his fathers had taken before him on the eve of battle.

We are awaiting Stevids command.

As part of the GDI I can't make any hostile move unless provoked. As a long time allie of Stevid I will be on standby.

The commander picked up the paper with the message on it. He began to read it.
" Looks like we might be involved in it, put all group commands on stand by. Have AWACS Echo 1-5-9 monitor the task group and all others patrol home airspace." He sat down. He gazed at the wall screen with the 3D image of the fleet. He then looked at the screen showing air defence and air base positions, as well as aircraft movement.
"It is going to be a very long war if it happens"
