Hey could people vote for this bill. It is still a proposal. There are many poor people out in the world. We need something to help them. We should give them free food. This is only for people who apply for Welfare. Although it will take some money out of government, it will make the poor able to spend money on other important things to get them out of Welfare. So your Welfare program will have a Free Food program attached to it. Its on page 12 under UN proposals.
