hi! hallsland is a new nation and id like some help getting started... so if any1 wants to send ambassadors to Capital City that would be cool. thx

We the Mikosolf Corperation, based in AFRP, the current ruling Corperation of AFRP, would like to procure a small sect of land upon your island for both an embassy a millitary zone under our jurisdiction to further diplomacy with your new nation as well as secure trade routes within that area.

If you are interested we would like to rent a cube of preferable currently unused land of a two mile length. Terms for leasing can be discussed later. We merely ask for you to consider this small protecorate to be both defensivly and economically savy.

This makes me think about the good old days, building up and establishing my nation. I know what it's like to start diplomatic relations in the early days of what will become a mighty nation and having friendly nations is necessary to do so.

For that reason, we would like to establish an embassy in Hallsland.

A Few Rich People, I am willing to give you the land for free. The location is in the heart of Capital City, where we will provide you with a luxury shuttlecraft. You may also have an estate in one of our outlying EnviroDomes, which are beatiful areas cut off from pollution.

I only wish a small plot of land to build a modest 5000 sq.ft. embassy. I will send 5 ambassadors and their staffs. Can you provide security? I will pay $600,000 plus $350 a month for security.
