During the leader of the Armed Republic of Wei Kingdom, Huang Wen Cen offered two treaties with the People's Republic of Kanopolis, some splinter cells, which called themselves, "Lords of the Wei Light", began to make riots inside Lei Fang, the capital of Kanopolis. The Police Force had captured several leaders of this rebellous group. Their intentions are clear: to separate themselves from Kanopolis and build the duplicate Armed Republic of Wei Kingdom inside Kanopolis.

The Emperor of Kanopolis, Kan Zhi Jian has promised their deportation to what they call as "saviour land", the land of Wei Kingdom. To fulfill this, we ask permission to the leader of Wei Kingdom, Huang Wen Chen, to banned these rogues to the Wei Kingdom.
Since the capture of those leaders, the Lords of Wei Light terror acts are reduced, and their movement are began to decline. Peace was restored.
