The Emperor of Kanopolis, Kan Zhi Jian determined to open its borders and make contact with other countries in the world. The purpose is to strengthen the alliance with other powers such as Wei Kingdom and other powers.

The Kanopolian people are well greeted by the presence of the Wei Kingdom embassy in their capital city, Lei Fang.

We'd like to open an embassy in your nation, and you're welcomed to open one in ours.

First, form a free trade agreement between Wei Kingdom and Kanopolis.

Hazatak welcomes our socialist friends from The People's Republic of Kanopolis. We would like to open an embassy in your territory, and welcome a Kanopolitan embassador in ours. We also want to make clear that our industry is getting stronger everyday, and want to know if we can make a profitable commercial agreement for both nations.

The Kanopolitan Emperor, Kan Zhi Jian granted the presence of the Hazatakian and Nezz Ziona embassy in our capital, Lei Fang. The people greeted the embassy and they said that it will be a mutual efforts for all nations involved.

Second offer, granted. You are allowed to build a military base on Kanopolis, just place it away from the local population inhabitants. We have a perfect place in Kanopolis. It is located in the mountains 100 kms north of our capital. The Kanopolitan Red Guards base are located there too.

It has come to His Royal Highness Eirik Reanicus the Fifth's attention of this opening to the borders of Kanopolis. In this humble grace King Reanicus then asks to build an embassy in Lei Fang, Kanopolis.
It is also in His Royal Majesty's mind to establish a military connection between these two, rather distant, countries, if Emperor Kan Zhi Jian's willing.
