The NNA has 3 members so far-we are all fairly young nations and are coming together to build nuclear warheads more quickly, because I understand if a nation has less than 100 million people, they are ignored for having nukes. OCC: Its a month or until your nation hits 100 million. The reasons why is
A. It cost alot of money to keep them able to launch. Which is taxed money and you wont have enough people under 100 million.
B. If you wait a month, the mods probably wish that you will gain a little responsibility b4 you attain nuclear weapons. If you launch a nuke, someone else will.

No, that's when you get a custom name, like I could be the 'Cheese Mutants' of Muktar instead of the 'Armed Republic' of Muktar. It's when you are under one month, and it takes a month to hit 100 mil.

You all are too young for nukes. Even if you were old enough noone would trust you because you would only threaten people with nukes, and thus not only destroy the place you nuked, but also( depending on how many nukes you launch.) the world, including you. Besides, not to mention that you would be crushed by just about all the nations on NS.( believe me, you do not want that, or to draw so much attention to yourself that you draw in space nations, like me, because they can hover in space above your nation and orbital bombard you, and that can destroy basically any modern tech thing in your nation, obviously including you.) Now, just stop this until your 1 month old, then i might allow this to continue, only if by then you sweare to only use nukes when you know for a fact that your seconds away from truely dieing, and you can do nothing else. Be warned.

Bad idea adding Terror of the World. He is at war with an alliance of nations which have a total population which is bigger than that of all your regions combined. Get rid of him if you don't want to be dragged into his war. Keep in mind he uses terrorist attacks against said alliance.
