In actuality, the Blackguard would normally consider selling WMD if the buyer could present an acceptable offer, though admittedly I am a real slackarse when it comes to RPing so I chose to give it a miss.

This reply struck me down, as I was speaking entirely OOC. (Please note that I limit my nations involvement with the world and would not of made an announcement of this manner anyway.)
