Nigardo has just reserched the smallpoxs plague and have 5 test tubes of them. They are starting to make more. They are also reserching yellow fever to mosquites to carry the plague. If some country thretten us then the plague will be tested on them.

Ravea has henceforth labled Nigardo as a Class-B Terrorist country (and quite noobish) for threatening to use biological weapons (on contries bigger than them).
