The Diplomacy Wing (http://s4.invisionfree.com/The_Diplomacy_Wing/) is the location for your diplomacy needs. You create an account there for your nation and use forums that are designed for diplomacy. If any one person interferes with what is going on there, their IP will be banned from those forums. There is even a special password-protected forum for private diplomatic meetings.

Spam and other inappropriate posts are not alowed.

March 12, 2004 - The Diplomacy Wing IRC channel goes mainstream.

Hm... I'll keep an eye on this (tag) for my curiousity, but I think I may have to keep some of my diplomacy the same, this could be a good tool but I'm pretty good at making this server let me post without posting a million copies of the same post.

Nice idea though.
