Two years ago a man started preaching a new religion, a religion about peace, nature, and the same god as Jews, Christians, and Muslims, just different ideas on this supreme being. Anyway, some people began following, believing what he said, and telling others about it. Now, Pseudo-Polis is a mostly Christian nation...about 60% of the citizens are Christian or some other form of it(about 20% is Jewish, 15% Muslim, 4% Buddhist, and 1% Atheist or Satanist). As more people began converting to this new religion called the Scoobers, more people of other religions became upset... tension mounted and the Christian church decided to end it. The man who started the Scoobers was put on trial, accused of heresy. The court claimed he said he was the son of god, which the man denied. He said that he never made such a claim...but the court found him guilty and he was killed by the electric chair. Now all hell has broken lose. The Scoobers, which has became very large...about 45% now say they are Scoobers and Christians have dropped about 10%. The nation is hostile at the moment, so all tourists are advised to stay away. I fear there will be a war soon, which means I, as the President, must take a side...Hopefully; this will be over soon, with as little bloodshed as possible. So, until the religious tension is over, Pseudo-Polis will be closed to tourists and anyone else who might visit our Nation. I apologize for any inconvenience, but this is for everyone's safety.
