The NWO.. .that means ViZion, Credonia, Matich, Jarridia, Hattia, and.. oh, a bunch of nations... they think they are to good for everyone else. These tyrants must be destroyed!

Certainly, she wouldn't sink a physical knife into Mister Black's back. No, if she wished to do away with him, a simple chemical compound slipped into that noxious coffee he was always drinking would do the trick. No, for the moment, he could... Well, if not quite trust her, then rest comfortably in the knowledge that while certainly not trustworthy, she had no reason to do him harm. No, Ms. White was utterly loyal to Majestic 12, and so long as he helped further Mj-12's goals, he would be safe. The moment he became a liability...

"As you know, we maintain a number of cells of what might be termed terrorists." Black answered, turning about to explain. "Most of them don't even know who they really work for. From time to time, they have proven to be of use to us, however. If an eighty-year-old man dies of a sudden heart attack, that's not suspicious. In a twenty-year-old, it becomes a little odd, so then what? A gunshot is too obvious, even if you cover it as a robbery. A car accident is too cliché. Thanks to Hollywood, people will always wonder if it was really an accident, no matter what the investigation turns up."

Call up a terrorist. Arrange for a suicide bomber to sit down next to him on a bus, and in one glorious blast, your troubles - And his, for that matter - Are over."

"A number of our cells, operating under the official auspices of several different parent organizations recently recieved a communiqué from the aforementioned Terror of the World. This message invited them to - And I quote - unite and fight off the common enemies. For some reason, they believed that pirate organizations might be interested in joining them in this fight, though I can hardly imagine why."

"What do we know about their ideology?" Ms. White asked. "Anything we can use? I don't suppose we have a man within their organization, do we?"

"Nothing, no, and no, I'm afraid." he answered with a sigh. "We simply haven't devoted any resources to the penetration of this organization. I've issued orders to change that, however. No infiltration as of yet, but we will be keeping an eye on these people. The operation's name is Tango Ocelot, should you ever want to check up on it yourself. Also, I've issued orders to our cells instructing them to send no reply, not even an acknowledgement of reciept. For now, we'll just watch."
