I would like to congratulate my brothers and sisters on the development of their nations to this point. With this declaration I am putting our nation on the map, so to speak. We are a small nation at the moment, with forward thinking politics. We are extremely liberal and the rule of law is our primary concern. We value our system of education and social reform and advancement is our ultimate goal.
Any who wish to tour our nation are welcome to do so. We also openly invite trade negotiation and diplomatic alliances. We have no automatic embargo on any nation with whose political ideologies we disagree. This is our attempt to spread some of our liberal thinking and policies by way of contact with outside nations, whether they be oppressed as a people or not.
I thoroughly hope each nation finds it within themselves to welcome us, for we are all siblings in this world. War hurts us all, there are no victors.

The United Communist States of Zvarinograd, a symbol of pacifist communism, would like to open peaceful diplomatic relations with The Free Lands of Interested People by requesting an exchange of ambassadors between our countries.
