After intellegence from the NWO, the region of the CFA's (my region) civilians are being ordered to go underground.

The CFA is ordering all borders to be closed. Any vehicle that does no stop within 1/4 of a mile from CFA borders will be destroyed. The CFA is ordering a no-fly-zone except for allied and regional airforce. All other airplanes will be warned, and then shot down if they enter into 1 mile into CFA airspace.

Other NWO nations are free to post in this thread for simular actions.

ViZion is ordering its whole, massive navy to patrol ViZion's coast, and regional coast-lines as well. ViZion's airforce is on full alert, and are covering the CFA's sky. They will shoot down anything coming in. The CFA's defences are up, and the CFA has gone to Defcom 2. It will go to Defcom 1 if war breaks out. The CFA's anti-air system, along with its space defence (missiles from satellites) are prepared to shoot down anything that enters CFA airspace, including missiles. The CFA's anti-missile defence is also up. 65% of ViZions military are being mobilized. If war breaks, 95% will be called up and mobilized.
