10,000 Tranquilizer Pistols
100 Tranquilizer Machineguns
50 Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powered APCs with Tranquilizer Machine Guns
50,000 Electrical Mines (These run an electrical current through a vehicle when run over, stunning the troops inside and possibly damaging electronics inside)


You will also get the right to produce these as much as you want for yourself for non-offensive war.

It's happened befor; you might want to look into getting some form of protectorate status or mutual aid agreement with a larger nation or alliance, as you don't seem keen on fielding a viable army; prehaps offering something like a promas for humanitarian aid and the ilk during conflict, in return for military intervention in defending against attack.

Of course, we're somewhat cautious when it comes to matters of defence and national sovergnty; comes from threats of utter genocidal annialation of 90% of out populace when we were but a wee nationstate.

Seeing as most corporations are dictatorships, and the only deals you will be making are with corporations or nations representing corporations, you're pretty screwed. We were going to make a deal, but if you're going to be so prejudiced against our way of running things, forget you.

Money, land, resources, people, or maybe they're just feeling agressive; I've seen atleast several armed conflicts started over nothing more than the idle whim of a national leader.

You do realise that, for the most part, everyone with a prejudice belives it justified? Thinking a viewpoint justified is generally a prerequisite to beliving in it.

Dictatorships can be good, too, there just aren't very many examples. A good example were the Perons in Argentina, a husband-and-wife dictatorship who allowed people, even lepers, to come into their offices and express their concerns to them face-to-face, which cut down on needless beurocracy and gave the people more freedoms than so-called "democratic" countries of the same age.

The Most Serene Republic of Sidar Jabari is a peaceful nation and is glad to see that Cavani shares our view: Indeed our army is well-armed but devoted to peace-keeping and protecting our territory.
As our valiant men are well-trained and have been taught anti-terrorism procedures for exemple, we would like to share our knowledge concerning police and peace-keeping operations, defensive strategies and tactics. In return, you would send us some of the equipment we are to buy (how many are you ready to give us?). We are especially interested in those tranquilizer weapons.
