I see what you need to become a power, I could in exchange for a technological and political alliance provide you with aid and blueprints for nuclear weapons. Also, I have some spare plutonium laying around that I need to get rid of.

My Intelligence Service has brought to my attention your intentions of building nuclear weapons in your nations. Unfortunately for both of you this just isn't possible. First, East Jeblitz you were just formed today 3/4/04, as a new nation you do NOT possess the necessary population or economic strength required to build and maintain nuclear weapons. To this end I am issuing an ultimatum, cease any and all nuclear weapons programs immediately or face going to war with me.

To the official of Warhammer Syndicate, though you possess the population to do so your economy is terrible. So if you continue to promote such ignorant and threatening actions you also will face a war with the Divine Imperium of Keldjora and the rest of the nations in Aldaria.
