Senior Federico Asada, the leader of what dozens of Mechico's largest drug czars has recently assumed official power in the capitol. A Legislation of 78 Cartel Czars gathered, wrote an official Constitution, and elected Sr. Asada the Presidente.
Overjoyed, Pres. Asada has taken control through ruthless tactics and circumstance these past few months. After distributing large amounts of small arms to it citizenry, Asada gathered miltia units from all over his small nation and quickly usurped power from the Mechican govenment.
Equally as important, his original allies have been destroyed, but through manipulation of the incorporated drug cartels in the country, and occasional murder, he has controlled the nation's economic sector.
The Constitution also vowed for open elections in January for all adults.
