Colodian citizens declares itself free from Chellis' grasp
In the capitol of Colodia, the citizens of Colodia have staged a protest of the Chellis occupation and 1st-served business opportunities. Colodian Police have been able to keep the protest down to a minimum, so that murders and attacks were not bound to happen. More on the story as it develops (and the typer reawakes)

We request Chellis ends occupation (could I get details on why?) to that there will be no violence.
Lt. Col. William Walker, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, wishes to know the conditions that brought about this rebellion on behalf of the People's Republic of Kay Son.
Basically, there was a war between Chellis and Colodia (and a couple other nations) due to a misunderstanding of who was harbouring terrorists. Sadly, Colodia was forced to surrender to Chellis or face the death of millions of citizens (more citizens were being killed than military units)
Now, we have some Chellian military bases within Colodia. The Colodian government is working hard to complete the demands it has accepted to. Like that Chellian businessmen get first-dibs on new business opportunities.
Chellis is willing to work with Colodian buisnesses on our policy. We see no more need to have that in place, as Colodia has been rebuilt, and both nations are now prospering off each other mutually.
Chellis has few forces in the capital and other places, and see's the rebels finding anything they can to complain about. Our influence in the nation is hardly imposing.
To Vizion: Colodia offered its nation open to Terrorists. After a trade embargo and naval blockade of the nation, Colodia still didnt refute its offer. A Coalition invaded, and some of the nations agreed to quit so they could simply search for police. Chellis and Shildonia continued the conflict, and forced Colodia into a position so it couldnt do something like this. If you want, we can pull up the surrendur list, and you will see that the conditions, looking at Colodias position, was really fair.

hey hey...we DID allow international secret police to come into the nation and PERSONALLY check for terrorists. But aside from that...
Yes, but that did not put you in a position so you wouldnt be tempted to do it again. But what matters is both nations are prospering, and it is behind us.

Despite your low amount of military units within Colodia, it still pisses off the citizens. Tomorrow, a survey will be conducted throughout the week (or in 3 minutes) to see whether Colodians do or do not support Chellian rule in Colodia. I think we already know what the decision will be, but let's see shall we?
Yes, well, we feel that they are there for precautionary issues. We are rebuilding your military, at a very low cost to you, I think that compensates.

The People's Republic insists that any referendum on this issue be subject to international observers who may ensure that there is no attempt by the interested parties to rig the results. This will ensure that neither party will have reason to dispute the results.
Furthermore, it would perhaps be prudent for the Chellian government to cease the sale of cheap equipment until the results of the referendum become known. This will ensure there can be no accusations that the Colodian government were bribed into permitting a continued occupation.
We have no plan of meddling with the polls, as we have no plans of leaving colodia if the public doesnt want us. We feel it is not time to pull out yet.
