We can no longer rely on our economy to recover. It has reached a state of almost certain collapse. Even the United Nations has recoginized our problems, with a rating of "Fragile" being delivered in the wake of our looming market downtrend. The Community is now issuing an urgent call to any compassionate nation to aid us in an economic recovery, for we fear that soon our people will feel the brunt of a national depression.

Any interested nations can be scheduled to meet with Chair Minister Bradley Spencer at the earliest possible convienence. We thank any nation for its help in advance.

We, the small nation of Schultaria Prime, pledge to help our friends in any form possible, be it economically or socially.
