Soviet Leaders: In answer to your :?: ... no, you can't have any nuclear weapons. You aren't allowed to purchase them until you learn proper use of punctuation, capitalization, and OOC/IC designations. (There's an age limitation, too, but I don't remember what it is.)
Everyone else: Don't bomb him, please. He wants a war; let him have an interesting one. I'll... deal with... him. There's no need to waste perfectly good weapons of mass destruction.
