After over 20 years of war Empire of Haukka has finally grant independence for Trecon. Now our country is ruined after long war and we are looking for loans and allies against new possible invasion threats from Empire of Haukka. Also we are looking training for our army.

The nation of Euroslavia is willing to extend a hand of friendship to your nation, and is willing to send $20 billion dollars to repair your nation, and your economy, and is willing to train your troops free of charge. We will also send over medical staff, and a peacekeeping force, if necessary.

The Utopic Proletarian Republic of Blargistania is willing to offer a loan of 15 billion dollars as well as a temoporary MP force and joint training with Eurslavia of your military. We can send in goverment construction agencies to help build infrastructure as well.

We of the Dominion also welcome Trecon into the international community with open arms. We wish to make it known that we would happily work with the fine people of Euroslavia to train your nation's armed forces, and possibly send peacekeeping forces of our own. To that end, we hereby donate 10 AH-1W Super Cobra Attack Helicopters, 10 F-16C Falcon Multi-Role Fighters, 50 MBT-3A2 Werewolf II Main Battle Tanks, and a single Halifax-class Frigate to give your military a jump start. This donation is free of charge as the aforementioned equipment has until now, simply been taking up space in storage until the day that we might possibly need them again, and frankly, it's cheaper to give them to a new nation such as yourself than it is to continue to maintain it all.
